It is with great sorrow that we announce on Thursday, January 10, 2019 our brother George Boyer, who passed away peacefully after a long illness. George was born and raised in St Laurent, MB. and moved to various towns and cities for work. He was a very hard worker. He then joined the Army and was a soldier, when he was discharged he started looking for work. George found his job as a heavy machine operator and he worked at that job until he retired. George was a kind, gentle loving man who loved his family and friends. Over the years he had made many friends that he kept in contact with and visited them up until his Illness took over. George is predeceased by his father Raymond Sr., brothers Glen, Roland, Johnny, Raymond Jr, Russell and sister Nola, also his twin niece’s Helen and Jeralynn. George is survived by his mother Jean Boyer of Dauphin, MB., brothers Frank (Irene), Gerald, Melvin, sister Doris, also niece Danielle and nephew Rodney and numerous nieces and nephews. A Service was held on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Wojcik Funeral Chapel on 1020 Main St. Winnipeg for family and friends that could not make it to St Laurent, MB. Funeral Service was held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church, with Prayer’s at 10:30 am followed by Mass at 11:00 am. George, We Love You so much, We will always Remember You. Till we meet again
