Peacefully after his courageous battle with lung cancer Mark passed away with family by his side.

He leaves to mourn his passing, his partner Robin Heaps, his mother Judy Patterson, his sons; Sean Lussier, Joshua Patterson and T.J. Patterson, step-daughter Jayelle Heaps (Dylan Marks); sister Cheryl Patterson (Randy); 4 grandsons, Cruz, Wyatt, Luke and Jagger Marks. Nieces and nephews Ryan (Nick), Alexandria, Myles (Lily), each one of you held a special bond. Also many extended family.

Predeceased by his father Ted Patterson and step-son Dallas Hayka.

Born in Teulon and raised in Stonewall. Hobbies of Mark included hockey, quadding, bonfires and enjoying drinks with friends and family.

Mark was very proud to have obtained his security license in British Columbia. He returned to Manitoba in 2017 and he became one hell of a pizza chef.

Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Stonewall Legion. Everyone in attendance please consider yourself an honourary pallbearer.

 A private family burial will take place. 

In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Thank you to Dr. Donnelly, Arborg Home Care staff, Doctors and staff at Arborg Hospital and all the ladies at Gimli Cancer Care. Also, thank you to Shirley Williams.
