Passed on January 26, 2022
On Wednesday, January 26, 2022 with his son by his side, Charles peacefully passed away.
Left to mourn are his wife Katherine and son Tyler (Samantha).
Predeceased by his parents Cecil and Shirley Payne and his brother Allan Payne.
Chuck loved spending time with family and friends and looking after his garden. He loved watching the Olympics, figure skating and curling. He was a die hard Saskatchewan Rough Rider fan.
We would like to thank the Tudor House staff for their care and support given to him and his family. A private ceremony will be held at a later date.

I am so sorry to hear about Charles. We knew each other as kids thru my Uncle Eddie & Aunty Dorothy. We had so much fun at their place. To Kathy & Tyler & Samantha i send my deepest condolences on the loss of a very special person. RIP Charles
