Passed on October 30, 2018

On Tuesday, October 30, 2018 Russell Lowe, aged 72 years, passed away at the Stonewall Hospital. Survived by his brother Brian (Gayle) and family. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Helen Lowe. A private family graveside service will be held at Windsor Cemetery at a later date. The family would like to thank Dr. Graham, Nurses and staff at the Stonewall Hospital for their care and support.
